proofa.io is a quality assurance tool for marketing emails. It helps users identify typos, broken links, and formatting issues by analyzing emails sent to a dedicated test address.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree not to share your account credentials or use another person's account without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use proofa.io only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited emails
- Attempt to access data or systems without authorization
- Copy, resell, or exploit the service for commercial gain without our consent
- Interfere with the performance or security of the platform
Email Content & Usage
Emails sent to your test address are scanned temporarily for quality checks. We do not use your content for training, resale, or external analysis. We may retain anonymized metadata (e.g., number of typos found) for performance monitoring and improvement.
Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method.
You can cancel your plan at any time. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases of paid plans. Refund requests beyond this window are handled case-by-case.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software used in the service are the property of proofa.io or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in abusive behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
Limitation of Liability
proofa.io is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, regardless of your location.
